Farm.doc

Farm.doc is a website geared towards providing economic information to Illinois farmers. Farm.doc spans a broad spectrum of expertise and research-based education materials that relate to farm decision-making under risk, including agricultural finance, marketing and outlook, farm management, and law and taxation. The Farm.doc website is clearly and carefully organized around these general topics, as well as around specific issues, such as crop insurance and the performance of market advisory services.

Demand for information on Farm.doc has increased. For example, the total number of pages downloaded monthly from the Farm.doc website has jumped almost 1,000 percent, from 7,291 in April 1998 to 70,323 in January 2001.
